The Elimination Diet.. Are you struggling with what to eliminate?

This is really, really tough to do, but it actually does help. We will still experience tough things and emotions of course, but the idea is not to dwell in these places for too long.

- Eliminate as much physical and mental clutter as you can as often as needed.

- Reframe what you are experiencing from a negative to a positive. 🔨🖼 Do it often until practice makes perfect.

The tools we use to move through and past these things are so important for a better mindset and quality of life.
