Is Today “The Day?” Are You Going to Make it Happen? Or are you in the way?? 🤔😳💡 #youvsabundance

Whatever you focus on, expands into such a simple, easy, and truthful idea.

Think about it. Have you ever thought about getting a new car and then you start seeing that particular car everywhere? That recently happened to me.

If we want love, abundance and wellness, why not focus on love, abundance and wellness?

There are so many good things in our lives -- way more good things than bad -- but sometimes all we tend to talk about and worry about are all the problems.

It is a proven thing, thoughts and words are energy. Start creating good energy by talking about all the good stuff. Success starts with attitude. When you are in situation of struggle, a small push of inspiration can make a huge difference.

With eye-opening articles on the subjects of mind, body & spirit, “A Conscious Rethink” helps you to find your path through life's great adventure.

Positive thinking can create life-changing results such as increased happiness, health, and wealth. This entire concept according to which “like attracts like” is built around the idea that thoughts can be either positive or negative, and they can have either positive or negative outcome depending on which ones are predominant in your mind.

The moment that you feel you want to give up is filled with tremendous POWER to win or lose.  It is the determination and choices made at the moment you want to quit that determine your defeat or your victory.

You will either push yourself to the next level, or give in to your fatigue, feeling wiped out, in pain, loss and shame, which will compel you to quit.

Many times you give up almost at the exact moment when you are about to cross the finish line.  The path was hard, and you may have had to cut a new path in order to get to where you are now.

If you quit now you will be stuck in the middle of the path and at some point still have to resume the process to get to your destination or stay stranded on the road because there will be no other travelers venturing by to rescue you.  It is up to you to get to the end of the road, but you are not alone.

When you reach the moment of total exhaustion, frustration and exasperation where you feel you simply can’t take it to the next level, you are in your strongest moment. It may not feel like it, but it is a moment where your ego releases the control so that you can turn within to the ONE POWER that provides you with the guidance, strength and endurance to keep moving forward into your victory, because you are only yards from the finish line.

There is a huge difference between changing directions and giving up. When you are tired of the struggle you are experiencing and want to quit, it is because you have exhausted all your own physical and mental energy with no results. You simply don’t want to go through the pain of trying to figure it out anymore and feel it is easier to simply quit than try to invest any more time to force an outcome.

Remember, seasons change. Every season is not a growing season. Every season is not a harvest. There are seasons of watering, seasons of planting, seasons of pulling up the weeds, and seasons of fertilizing the ground. These are important seasons we all experience. It is crucial to understand that times are not always great, not always bad either; they should and are intended flow like the seasons.

You will have peaks and valleys, times of elation and grief, times of comfort, and times of sheer happiness, however it’s the ability to recognize the season and adapt while in that season that allows you to be the successful well rounded individual. While going through the ebb and flows, you can learn life’s challenges often bring life’s greatest opportunities.

For example some of the greatest accomplishments from this list were known to us later in life and as a society. We have no clue their pattern or road map that got them to that “dot” called success as we know them today.
